In 2001 John Ervin, the Media Producer for MBMSI, traveled to the isolated village of Kangikum, Ontario. There he met an outreach team who were working in the community, trying to bring light to the dark place. In this small village in Northern Ontario, John heard God's prompting to tell His stories. Listen to the story of how the humility and helpfulness reached the lost people of Kangikum.
"I worship with my cameras". This is John Ervin's answer when he is asked what he does. John is a missionary and the Media Producer for MBMSI. He wants to use everything that he has to bring glory to God. Because God called him to tell the stories of people he is now traveling around the world recording God's miraculous work.
For Sam Dick, the Mobilization Coordinator, the most exciting thing in life is when a person realizes that they were made to serve their creator. This purpose may take them to the edges of the earth. His dream is for churches to realize that they can do more as a family that they can as individuals. There are many places to serve. Where is yours?
