SOAR participants take the urban plunge as
they're introduced to the core area of Winnipeg in a game of challenge and
competition: The Amazing Race! At the Siloam Mission Clothing Bank,
teams give up an article of clothing and take something else in return,
showing off their modeling skills in a fashion show! Next, they
clean bricks in an area of Winnipeg called the Spence Neighborhood to
help in the revitalization project in this community. Ministry Summary
SOAR Heartland is a 10 day discipleship mission program in Winnipeg,
Manitoba, the heartland of Canada! Join us as we partner with
inner-city ministries and churches in Winnipeg's north end and core area to shine our lights and bring out
the God-colors of the world! We welcome multi-generational church teams, including: families, Care Groups, Youth Groups, and Young Adults.
