As the daughter of a prostitute, Bing Bing was begging for money in the streets of Thailand until she was rescued by an Emergency Intake Center. When given a physical for the very first time, Bing Bing tested positive for HIV. With the government system overrun with children in her situation, there wasn’t a place for her to go. The doctor who was taking care of Bing Bing asked Karen Sanchez, a missionary with the Abundant Life Home (ALH), an MBMSI ministry for AIDS orphans, if they could take her in. Finally, Bing Bing was safe from the streets. But more importantly, she was safe in the hands of Jesus. When she came to ALH, Bing Bing heard about God for the first time. She learned that He provides for all of her needs and that He wants to bless her home and the nations. Bing Bing loves to pray, read her bible, and express her growing faith through worship and dance. Only seven years old, Bing Bing has already led many of her friends to faith in Jesus Christ, where they too, are safe at last. We invite you to join the team supporting Karen Sanchez and the Abundant Life Home ministry. The ALH team have recently purchased land to start building new homes for the growing number of AIDS orphans. Your financial support can help complete this important project. Click here if you would like to support the Abundant Life Home Orphanage. We value your prayers for the AIDS orphans, such as Bing Bing, and for the workers at the ALH. If you would like to join a short term team supporting the church planting work in Thailand, please contact Sam Dick (MBMSI Mobilization Coordinator). Please consider how you can let your light shine in Thailand. Comment
