Inspired by former MBMS International missionary, Fritz Peters Thawatchai Mathee known as Pastor Sohn took up the challenge to dedicate his life to ministry among his own people group, an indigenous tribe in North Thailand known as the Khmu.

The challenge to surrender came after 3 days and 3 nights of prayer and fasting. As he completely abandoned himself to God, Sohn had one specific prayer request: that in 7 years, God would start a church and bring at least one person to Christ.

Five years later God answered this prayer. As Sohn serves in schools, nurseries, and the lives of the Khmu, the villagers have in turn welcomed and invited him to share the Good News.

Praise God for Sohnís obedience to God, and pray that He would continue to establish His church in this Khmu village.
