Life change happens when we get close enough to understand one another. Mailki is part of the Nanergie people. The Nanergie people don't just accept any new thing that comes their way. Some evangelist passed through their villages but they did not have any impact. Maliki's life was changed by time spent with missionaries who came and lived in their village. After 20 years, Maliki was finally able to publicly declare his faith in Jesus through baptism. One thing that originally held him back was not being able to find a group of other believers like a family. He looks forward to the day when we will be one family with God as the head of the family.
