Jose and Esperanza have noticed a huge difference in ministry since being joined by Otto and Lidia Funk after three years. They have learned how to overcome cultural differences, communicate effectively, and share vision and values.
One of the greatest aspects of working on a team is that each member can focus on the things that they are good at and love to do. Ministry in teams is the body of Christ working together for the glory of God!
